This Cookie Policy explains how ELVORA LIGHTING SRL uses cookies and similar technologies on www.elvoralight.com.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored by a website or third-party service on your browser or device. They can remember settings, maintain security, measure website usage or enable third-party functions.
We also use browser local storage. Local storage performs functions similar to cookies but remains in the browser until it expires, is replaced or is cleared.
In this Policy, “cookies” includes cookies, local storage and comparable device-storage technologies unless otherwise stated.
The website is operated by:
ELVORA LIGHTING SRL CUI: 54681980 Trade Registry number: J2026031475004 Registered office: Str. Padesu nr. 8, Bl. 5, Sc. 2, Et. 8, Ap. 52, Sector 4, București, 041345, România Email: sales@elvoralight.com Website: https://www.elvoralight.com
Strictly Necessary technologies are used without optional consent only where they are necessary to provide a service you request, remember privacy choices, maintain security or operate the website.
Functional, Analytics and Marketing technologies are disabled unless and until you give the relevant consent.
Consent is voluntary, category-specific and can be withdrawn at any time. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent access to the main website content.
On your first visit, the cookie banner provides the following options:
Optional categories are off by default. Strictly Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner.
Your choice is stored with a consent identifier, selected categories, version and timestamp. A limited consent log may also record your IP address, browser user agent, language and decision so that ELVORA can demonstrate and honour your choice.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it.
Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. Cookies already stored may remain until they expire or are deleted through your browser, although we stop using the relevant optional service after consent is withdrawn.

ELVORA currently uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-XS2QHLTQ0K unless a different production measurement ID is configured.
Google Analytics is implemented using Basic Consent Mode. Its script is not loaded and no Analytics measurement is sent before Analytics consent.
IP anonymisation is enabled. Analytics may collect page views, session information, approximate location, device/browser characteristics, referrer information and pseudonymous identifiers.
Google Analytics event-level data should be configured for a retention period of fourteen months. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer.
Marketing technologies may be used to measure or personalise advertising campaigns.
ELVORA does not currently deploy advertising pixels, behavioural advertising cookies or marketing-profiling scripts.
The Marketing category is retained in the consent interface so that any future marketing technology can be introduced only after appropriate notice and consent. This Policy and the consent version must be updated before such technology is activated.
Third-party providers may change individual cookie names or durations as their services evolve. The exact cookies visible on a device can also depend on browser settings, region, Google account status and provider configuration.
We periodically review the technologies deployed by the website and update this Policy when material changes occur.
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage. Browser controls are separate from the website’s consent interface.
Blocking Strictly Necessary storage may prevent preferences, security functions or authorised administration sessions from working correctly.
Clearing website data removes the stored consent decision and may cause the banner to appear again.
Where legally required and technically supported, we will assess recognised browser-level privacy or consent signals. Because standards and legal requirements continue to develop, not every browser signal is currently interpreted in the same manner.
You can always use “Cookie settings” to communicate your choice directly.
We may update this Policy when cookies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change.
Where a change materially affects optional processing, the consent version will be increased and visitors will be asked to make a new choice before the changed technology is activated.
Questions about cookies or consent can be sent to sales@elvoralight.com.
